In Loving Memory of Thomas Preston Majors

Dillon Transportation has been described by many of its employees as a family. Family can be a blessing as it brings much joy and community amongst each other, but the closeness of a family can also yield much hurt when we lose one of our own. We are feeling the loss in our Dillon family this week. It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of Thomas Preston Majors. Mr. Majors passed away on March 9, 2023 at his home in Antioch, Tennessee. Preston, lovingly known as “800” was a longtime driver for Dillon Transportation from April of 2007 until his much hesitant retirement in October of 2022. He will be greatly missed here at Dillon. He was a great friend to anyone whom he met. He always had a smile on his face and a zest for life. Please keep Preston’s wife and family in your prayers during this challenging time.
