Solo Dillon Drivers

$55,000-$75,000 a year / 2,500-3,000 miles or more per week

• 38¢ per mile 1st Year, loaded or empty
• 39¢ per mile 2nd Year, loaded or empty
• 40¢ per mile 3rd Year, loaded or empty
• Longevity Quarterly Payments start after your 1st year of employment.

Team Dillon Drivers

$146,000-$175,000 a year / 6,000-6,500 miles or more per week

• 45¢ per mile 1st Year, loaded or empty
• 46¢ per mile 2nd Year, loaded or empty
• 47¢ per mile 3rd Year, loaded or empty
• Longevity Quarterly Payments start after your 1st year of employment.

On-Site Maintenance Department:

• Dillon Transportation operates its own maintenance departments with a professional team of expertly trained technicians at both Ashland City, TN & Kingman, AZ locations.
• This department maintains all equipment to the highest industry  standards. By having all equipment serviced & repaired in house, keeps our drivers moving with little down time for maintenance & repairs.
• Dillon Transportation purchases new tractors each year, and sells the older models reaching warranty expiration dates. This ensures top performing equipment, with few breakdowns, & ultimate driver comfort.
• Dillon Transportation will install inverters & other appliances, as a complimentary service to our drivers.
