April 2017 Driver of the Month
Team Michael Waggoner (Left) & Robert Ornelas (Right) are Dillon Transportation’s April 2017 Drivers of the Month.
Michael started with Dillon in August 2012 & Robert started with us in April 2013. Michael & Robert are dedicated to doing a great job & having fun doing it! We are proud they are part of the Dillon TEAM!!

Get to Know Michael & Robert…
Q: Tell us about yourself.
MW –I grew up in Bellevue, WA & Glendale, CA. I now live in Lake Havasu, AZ. I do not have any kids, but the owner of the best trained Black Lab in AZ! Unfortunately I trained him to be a free spirit, so we have issues!! I’m also a big Seahawks fan & a big fan of the TV show Hoarders… so when the first season came out on DVD I bought 1200 copies. 🙂
RO–I grew up in Glendale & Needles, CA & now live in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I just got married in Nov. 2016, but my wife & I have been together for 7 years. I’m also a proud dad of our 7 year old son named Cian.
Q: What do you like to do during your home time?
MW –I like to go to live music & comedy shows, play tournament poker, & hang out at the lake.
RO– I love to spend time with my family, going to movies together, trips to the desert to go shooting & hiking & taking road trips together. Time with my wife & son is what I look forward to most every week! I also have to mention I’m a big Philadelphia Eagles Fan!! Fly Eagles Fly!!
Q: How did you find your way to Dillon Transportation?
MW –After a career as a journeymen meat cutter, I just got sick of going to the same place everyday. As a notorious job hopper before coming to Dillon, I am glad I finally found this company. The only thing I have to complain about is that there is nothing to complain about. And for a truck driver that’s like cutting off an arm or a leg. It’s just not natural!
RO– I got into Transportation because I really wanted to have a career where I could provide for my family. I enjoy working for Dillon & am grateful & proud to work for a Company with family values
