Dillon Transportation’s New Pay Raise for OTR Drivers
Dillon Transportation has just implemented a new pay raise for our OTR Drivers. There is a new start pay for all new OTR drivers & an increase each year over a 6 year period for both Solo & Team OTR Drivers.
Once an OTR driver reaches their 10 year anniversary date, there is another substantial increase. Mr. Dillon felt it was time and our drivers deserve every penny, since there would be no Dillon Transportation without our Drivers!
