Our commitment to provide our customers with service second to none requires experienced driving professionals with a proven record of success. To qualify as a Dillon driver you must:

• Possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License.

• Have at least three (3) year current verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.

• Have no Driving While Intoxicated (D.W.I.) or Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I.) conviction, have current charges pending or failed drug tests.

• Have no major chargeable accidents while driving a commercial motor vehicle.

• Have no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.

• Have no more than one (1) minor accidents in the last five (5) years.

• Have NO felony convictions.

• Complete an Application for Employment including ten (10) years of employment history.

• Pass a Department of Transportation physical.

• Pass a federally mandated drug screen prior to employment.
