Transportation offers a total compensation package that many
struggle to meet.
As a
professional driver your responsibilities are many. We
realize that a fifteen second lapse in attention on most
jobs does not have the impact that a fifteen second lapse of
attention can have for a commercial driver.

are the face of Dillon Transportation to our customers..
Recognizing
the enormous contribution of our drivers to the success of
the company, we offer this generous total compensation
package.
PAY PLAN
Single Driver - $.36 per
mile, empty or loaded. Paid PC Practical Miles.
Team Drivers - $.43 per
mile, empty of loaded (split). Paid PC Practical Miles.
Unloading - Lumper services
are provided when a load is more than 50 pieces and driver
notifies dispatch more than 24 hours in advance.
Unloading Pay - $100.00 for
loads with more than 50 water heaters. $50.00 for loads with
less than 50 water heaters, or any other commodity.
Stop Pay - Paid after the
first stop and for each additional stop.
Layover Pay - $100.00 per
driver, after 24 hours.
Per Diem Pay - $59.00 for
each day under dispatch.
Payroll Schedule - Drivers
are paid weekly by direct deposit.
Reimbursements – Drivers
are reimbursed for tolls, weigh tickets and minor repairs
with prior authorization. Violations and citations are not
reimbursed.
Longevity Bonus – At the
beginning of each year you will receive a 1% bonus for each
year of employment up to 10 years. For example, if you have
worked at Dillon Transportation for four (4) years you will
receive a 4% bonus based on your gross earnings for
the previous year.
Recruiting Bonus - A Bonus
of $100 per month is paid to a driver that recruits another
driver. The bonus is paid for each month that the recruited
driver is employed up to one year. (An easy way to add
several thousand dollars per year to your compensation.) |
